Terry Glenn had surgery on his knee last Thursday and he will miss the next 4-6 weeks. That is good news to the Cowboys who feared that he might miss the rest of the season due to his bad knee. Patrick Crayton (3 rec, 51 yards) and Sam Hurd (3 rec, 69 yards, TD) will continue to have an important role in the offense until Glenn returns from injury.
Terry Glenn has had a setback in his recovery from knee surgery he had after last season. He will be out indefinately and their have been whispers that he might miss the rest of the season. Patrick Crayton stepped into Glenn’s starting role last night and he caught 3 passes for 51 yards (17.0 avg). Sam Hurd took over Crayton’s old #3 WR spot and he caught 1 pass….a 51 yard TD! The Cowboys appear to be in good shape at receiver until Glenn is ready to return.
The Cowboys have lost starting nose tackle Jason Ferguson for the rest of the 2007 season after he tore his right bicep last night agains the Giants after making 1 tackle. Jay Ratliff replaced him last night and he made 3 tackles and had a sack. This will hurt the Cowboys as Ferguson was the best run defender on the football team.
